We will spend our days in deep ceremony, worshipping with our Body through song, Earth rituals, dance, intimacy and relational practices, embodied touch, yoga, and Yoni mirror and mapping practice, self-touch (consent-based only)
Our connection to the Body acts as an intermediary in our spiritual journey. The feeling you have when alone in nature, sitting in the sun remembering the Love within you, crying at the feet of loss and betrayal, awakening in the pain of your core wound in ways that help you let go into a new layer of love - this is all a part of our path.

Adriana Rizzolo is the founder of Body Temple Church, and the creator of Body Temple Dance. She is a spiritual mentor, somatic healer, writer, adult sex educator, and guide for the great unknown.
Adriana’s offerings have developed through many years of experience with therapeutic yoga training, voice and movement training, trauma release training and somatic education, intimacy and relational healing, devotional practice and study in Tantra & Bhakti Yoga, lived experience “doing the work,” 11 years of sobriety and healing from personal & familial trauma.
Adriana helps people heal trauma and patterns of helplessness, awaken their power, and feel at home in their bodies to start living life in alignment with their soul’s truth. Through her many years of coaching, teaching, and facilitation, she has helped thousands of people around the world awaken to their aliveness.
Alessandra Belloni is the Artistic Director, Founder and Lead Performer of "I GIULLARI DI PIAZZA", an Italian Music, Theatre and Dance Ensemble who is Artists-in-Residence at the Cathedral of St.John the Divine in New York City. She is also the designer of a line of signature series Italian tambourines made by Remo. She is the only woman in the U.S. and in Italy who specializes in traditional Southern Italian folk dances and percussion combined with singing that she learned in Southern Italy.
An award winning tambourine virtuoso, singer, dancer and actress, Ms.Belloni was born in Rome, Italy and is committed to preserving the strong and rich traditions of her culture. Author of the book ‘HEALING JOURNEYS WITH THE BLACK MADONNA” published by Inner Traditions- Bear & Company. With foreword by best selling author Matthew Fox.
Recently knighted as Dame of Honor by the Orthodox Order of the Knights of St John.
Collaborated as consultant on the Broadway show ‘THE ROSE TATTOO’ with award winning actress Marisa Tomei in the fall 2019.
What does embodiment mean in the context of our spiritual practice? How do we dance in both dissolution and being humans here to serve?
This weekend intensive will teach you three specific practices and tools you can take with you into your work that are gentle but transformative including basic consent, anatomy, energetics, and conscious self-touch with cupping and mirror work.

Please budget for all your meals, food is NOT included in this retreat
We will go out to eat together on the Saturday evening.
There is a local vegetarian restaurant and grocery called Farmer and the Cook in walking distance as well as other more simple places to get burger/fries and a place called Ojai noodles.
We recommend Rory’s, The Nest, Rainbow Bridge for hot food/grocery (West Ridge for less expensive grocery) and the Dutchess to name a few.
You are welcome to bring food and snacks with you and stay on site during breaks (you won’t be able to heat/ cook anything)
