BODY TEMPLE SHAMANIC WRITING

Embodied shamanic writing is a creative and spiritual practice that bridges the realms of the body, mind, and spirit to channel transformative storytelling or wisdom.

This deeply personal and transformative 15-minute Shamanic writing practice offers a pathway to align creativity with spiritual and emotional growth.

In this shamanic writing practice:

Grounding in the Body

Focusing on sensations, emotions, or visions arising from the body.

Journeying States

Accessing deeper layers of intuition, creativity, or spiritual guidance, connecting with guides, or the natural world.

Integration of Spirit and Story

The stories or insights that emerge during these journeys are considered messages from the soul or spirit. Listen to the messages you receive from the unseen spirits and guides

This process is not about perfection but authenticity, allowing raw, unfiltered expressions of spirit to take form.

Nature and the Elements

Working with elements like fire, water, or earth, and meditating on the symbolism of animals or plants.

Ritual and Sacred Space

Lighting a candle, smudging the space, or setting intentions before writing can help create a sacred container for the work.

Call on your ancestors, guides, or deities.

Healing Through Writing

Welcoming back any buried emotions or trauma, by affirming when you felt safe allows the dance of the divine to move and transform us

This Shamanic writing practice can help you access deeper layers of intuition and spiritual wisdom, healing, and transform personal experiences into meaningful expressions of insight and creativity.

You don’t need to be a writer…

By cultivating a sacred mindset and creating a space for intuitive exploration, shamanic writing becomes a transformative and deeply personal experience.

Adriana is one of the best somatic healers I have ever experienced! No one has taught me to integrate, see and heal the wounded parts within me, as she has!

She is an expert guide in showing you the way in to integrate your humanity and divinity! And teaching you how to connect to your humanness and the sacredness of life!
She is so powerful in her vulnerability and in the continued ways she walks her talk, learning, teaching, going deeper within herself and showing the way to others.

So deeply grateful for her and the work she does.

Ocean

I am in love with Ocean
lifting her thousands of white hats
in the chop of the storm,
or lying smooth and blue, the
loveliest bed in the world.
In the personal life, there is

always grief more than enough,
a heart-load for each of us
on the dusty road. I suppose
there is a reason for this, so I will be
patient, acquiescent. But I will live
nowhere except here, by Ocean, trusting
equally in all the blast and welcome
of her sorrowless, salt self.

As a deeply mystical woman, writing has always been a doorway to my embodiment in ways nothing else has.

From healing shame to creating more nourishing relational patterns, creating the space for my body and soul to speak has truly been integral in my life as a spiritual seeker who is living a wildly full life.

The hardest part is making the space to listen, and it’s so helpful to have guidance when going deeper into the subconscious.

The meaning we make of our experience is one way to heal our body, and is in our hands when we choose it to be.

This is a simple way to make that choice today.

“Adriana’s sensitive and graceful guidance provides an atmosphere of security, making it feel safe and effortless to become fully immersed while at the same time encouraging individual decisions, allowing for complete freedom of choice. Ultimately all these factors contribute to creating an environment that is in no way scary or overwhelming but offers a unique opportunity for exploration and healing.”

“My time in Body Temple allowed me to meet myself in a place I had been afraid to venture before.

It gave me permission to expand my capacity through truly meeting, holding, loving on, and moving with my G-Spot. This part of me that had made myself wrong out of ignorance, has allowed me to soften my edge of receivership with the Divine. I’ve now been able to share and show this to lovers and deepen our intimacy together.”

“Adriana has created a container for people to express themselves through movement in any way they see fit: without prescription or dogma. She welcomes all of our experience to the table. Body Temple is a sanctuary for the tired and weary, for those craving connection to their own body and to the world at large. It allows for the shadowy, darker parts of ourselves to take refuge: to be seen, heard, witnessed. Equally, it doesn't discount the joy, beauty and miracles available in the simple act of showing up.”

People fear what they can’t see but mystics know we do our best work in the dark, In the night, in shining our light in places people tell us to ignore.
