Through somatic exercises, working with the plant medicine of rose, and exploring ancestral healing, we will come together to hold the hard questions, as well as the deeper dreams that we carry in our hearts.
This evening will include movement, somatic meditation, and writing, as well as sharing in small groups. We will do some fun embodiment exercises together, as well as learn how to use our voice in a way that heals the ways we hold back what is true within our hearts.
Additional Information
The maximum number of people allowed in the space is 24 people. Our staff will be monitoring the flow of foot traffic in the space.
