Awake the energies of Spring by joining Raquel and Joelle for an afternoon of dancing and sound. They will curate the afternoon to welcome Equinox and help to encourage self-awareness, and self-love and to deeply align or realign oneself to the bigger SELF.

To welcome in the Spring Equinox, Raquel will start the afternoon by getting our bodies moving with her thoughtful curated music selection.  We will dance and flow with the emotions in our bodies to see what blooms.  Then we will flow into a Sound Healing led by Joelle.  Using her Crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, rain stick, drums, chimes, crystal singing pyramid, and other instruments; She will help to create a deeply relaxing, rejuvenating, and meditative experience.  

This is an incredibly deep opportunity to connect with self, with Spirit,  and with the sacred. To deeply align or realign oneself to the bigger SELF.
