A monthly somatic healing party at Move Sanctuary in Ojai! Sweat + Surrender takes place on the second Sunday of each month.
Body Temple Dance teaches you about the languages of your body and takes you on a shamanic journey through the body with the elements and energy centers.
Body Temple makes space for both your inner child and your wild soul.
Come expecting to both sweat and deeply rest. Therapeutic adjustments and energy healing will be available for those wanting to receive. Sound, movement and imagination will allow the body’s natural ability to heal, take over and awaken our potential to create and give birth to new life again and again.
It’s super fun and open to all ages (18+) and physical abilities.
