The body is the moon, is the Mystery and moves us to be in a reciprocal relationship to what sustains us and this world. We need human connection and focused conjuring of the medicine we carry inside. Come explore the power you possess to heal stress and trauma in this informative, FUN and interactive workshop.
I don't know about you but the ways we incarnated at this time to heal and grow really blow my mind! Everytime we come together with the intention to work with the ways we get stuck and expand our love by finding the freedom to express it, I know there is a good reason we are here on planet Earth at this time. (I need reminders.)
We will take a look at how you can support your process of embodying what you know to be true spiritually, through learning about your moon sign, and how your autonomic nervous system responds and reacts to both stress and delight.
We will explore ways to work with anxiety, freeze and shut down through creating a cauldron of wild connection to our primal power, and accessing Spirit and all in the unseen (safely) to get the confidence and support we need to thrive in our lives and relationships.
Join us in opening to the unknown, loving ourselves, one another and Mother Earth even more, and let's communicate with what has died but is ready to support us in thriving.
Space is super limited, this workshop is a meeting of witches who are ready to do wildly healing spellcasting and have a great time as we go! You will learn about trauma/healing vortex and how to gain access to parts of you that have been repressed and shunned.
There will be a short lecture on the autonomic nervous system, specifically how it affects our perception is ways that run deep into our past lives and ancestral trauma/wisdom, and will have a wild dance party that will be a guided journey based on what comes up in our exploration of your moon sign and Mother healing!
Participants are encouraged to come with fed bellies, a notebook & a pen.
