Most folks I talk to say they have a hard time receiving. I don’t entirely believe this is true as much as it is a belief we’ve inherited that needs to change. I do believe that we don’t have enough reflections of what our bodies already know, how inherent our worth is, and the attuned love that we know we deserve.
We change this by proving our unworthiness wrong when we practice getting in touch with our bodies and having positive, healing experiences.
So much of out trauma comes from being misinformed. Many women and humxns with vaginas have no idea how much of a powerful resource connecting to their body can be.
We will share a meditation and mantra practice to the Divine Feminine Goddesses from the Tantric tradition to start and a short lecture on the G-Spot. What it is, where it is, why It’s orgasm is different than clitoral, the G-Spot’s ejaculation and why it matters.
Then in the privacy of your own home, you will have time to explore a guided practice doing mirror work with your vulva and G-Spot as well as a mapping practice.
Mapping is bringing conscious touch and awareness to a part of your body and seeing what you notice. We will explore the physical and emotional sensations.
A trauma-informed workshop to help you reclaim your sexuality, sensuality and spirituality focused on the G-Spot mapping, orgasm, and ejaculation.
