Perhaps all the dragons in our lives are princesses who are only waiting to see us act, just once, with beauty and courage. Perhaps everything that frightens us is, in its deepest essence, something helpless that wants our love.

Rainer Maria Rilke, Letters to a Young Poetwe Come out of freeze with the fire of presence.

Feel enflamed, fully alive and illuminated by channelling your grief, sexuality & creativity

This 21-day course is for you if you want to:

  • Deepen your receptivity and hold the parts of you that long for love

  • Practice Tantric mantra meditation on the Goddesses of orgasmic love and aliveness (Lalita), the intuitive awareness of nature and creativity (Saraswati), and abundance/worth (LAKSHMI)

  • Learn about your body in a whole new way and have community that cares to support your practice

  • Have accountability to write and dance for one song everyday (or at your own pace)

  • Co-create with the universe aka Goddess a reality where all of you is loved and honored

  • Have space to hold your inner child wounding around abandonment

  • Work with freeze in the nervous system when it comes to creativity and sexuality

  • Connect with those that walked the path before you for protection and creative inspiration

Community creates change, and together we will unlearn the ways we’ve been trained to hate our own precious bodies and deny what matters most to our hearts.

I once heard a teacher named Zhenevere Sophia name the erotic as, "the desire to belong." And I completely agree.

What we crave beyond good sex is love and belonging – which is not something others can give you but something you can only give yourself.

Studies have shown that there is a strong connection between our ability to be free from fear and our ability to feel fully alive. Learn to love your fears, without letting it control you.

Somatic work gives us the time and space we need to soften and honor what we feel with compassion and in relationships to others. This is the erotic and together we will nurture her wisdom within you.

Let us help you unlearn the ideas we have around our sexuality and bodies through self-pleasure practice and writing exercises designed to reprogram your mind and nervous system.

The darkness is the Mystery, the luminous womb from where everything in existence is birthed from and returns to.

Darkness scares us because we can't know what lies within but when we learn to relate to it, we feel more alive than ever before. This helps us relate to our fear with increasingly more love and kindness so we can do the damn thing we were put on this Earth to do.

What is sex without love? What is light without the depths of the dark, fertile unknown?

"Once we begin to feel deeply all aspects of us our lives, we begin to demand from ourselves and all our lives pursuits they feel in accordance with that joy we know we are capable of." - Audre Lorde

“I truly feel as though I have come home to my own body.

Learning about the anatomy of the female prostate and its connection to the vagus nerve has empowered me in my relationship with my body unlike anything else in my life.

It has demystified so much, healed so much shame, and shown me exactly how much pleasure is available to me from within my own body.

Everyone with a vagina deserves to have this information.

Adriana is a wonderful guide whose approach is inclusive, trauma-informed, and guided by reverence for the divinity of our bodies.” — Caroline Yes

“At first I was so worried and nervous about the G spot mapping and mirror practice, but Adriana led it with such a gentle, and non-confronting approach that I felt safe to listen and be guided in that practice. It was so informative too!

I’m so grateful for a new way to approach my body and learn the deeper wisdom that my womb holds.

-Jen Eyring, Divine Desire workshop attendee

FAQ

Is it ok if I can’t make the live sessions?

YES! Though we suggest trying to get to the live calls as much as is possible with your schedule, you will also have access to the recordings after the class.

Will we have the course forever to do at our own pace?

YES! All the lessons, course material and recordings will be available indefinitely for you to do whenever you would like. If we run the class again live, you’ll also be able to join those cohorts.

Do I need to be young and/or fit to do this?

NO! Anyone of any age is welcome in this container. We will be dancing and doing some movement - we suggest making sure you take care of your body as you see fit, especially since this is an online container. All are welcome.

Do I need to be a writer to do this course?
Absolutely not! You are welcome no matter what you do or how you see your writing practice: whether you are new to it, coming back to it or an old hand.

What does trauma-informed mean?

Trauma-Informed means that the education and training given is centered and based on trauma-centric therapies and modalities but does not take place for any sort of trauma-specific counseling or psychotherapies. We are not licensed therapists here.

Our trainings, events and facilitations are, however, healthy and supportive tools for those that are already within the context of healing and have/are given the therapies needed for any traumatic and/or trauma-inducing events.

Our facilitations, trainings and events are taught by certified trauma-specialists but by attending these programs, trainings and events do not qualify those in attendance (or even the facilitator(s) themselves) to offer trauma therapy. To find a certified trauma counseling or therapy program, please reach out and we can offer a list of resources.

How will I receive the writing prompts and lessons?

You’ll get the writing prompts each of the 21 days. A new lesson will become available each day in the Divine Desire course in Mighty Networks where you will have access to the material. You’ll also receive email prompts about new material becoming available.

What is the Body Temple Church network?

It’s the Mighty Networks community we’ve started as a place to house all of our courses, classes, trainings and community resources. We hope that you’ll connect over there too.

  • Nora Logan

WRITER | TEACHER | BODY TEMPLE DANCE FACILITATOR

Nora Logan is a meditation teacher, energy practitioner and patient advocate. She is also a writer and producer with a background in comedy, fashion, travel, beauty and wellness.

She loves to tell stories. She also loves working with people as a facilitator. She is passionate about the incredible power that the combination of movement, breath, food and writing has to heal. She has spent years obsessed with the most replenishing and gentle ways to nourish herself and heal from her own medical conditions. A lifelong yoga practitioner, Nora had to stop everything in 2015 due to a serious illness and subsequent liver transplant. It was a deeply humbling lesson in trauma, grief and healing and led her to facilitation. She has since created a meditation, movement and food as medicine practice as a way to support others and is currently working on a podcast and book on the patient experience called So, Life Wants You Dead.

Nora works from a trauma-informed lens to empower people to heal themselves, be more present in their bodies and process their emotions. Nora also works with people as a health coach to explore their bio-individuality (meaning that each person has their own unique way of eating that suits them best) to empower them to make the right choices for themselves. Nora is a student of Tantra, yoga, somatics, nutrition, Reiki and breathwork. She is deeply indebted to her teachers for their guidance, transmission and support.
